Fo Guang Shan Manchester has served the Buddhist population, the Chinese community and the general population of Manchester for the past many years in its mission of fulfilling humanistic Buddhism.
There are many ways you can help out with the running of the temple, including the following:
Volunteer for running activities such as Chinese language classes
Help out with cleaning the temple, preparing food, manage the reception, etc
Join the BLIA and take an active part in running the temple
Take part in its activities including drama club, Du Shu Hui and cultural functions
Donate money and resources to support the temple activities and fund the repairs of the temple
